We have an opportunity of Senior Site Manager to join our Central Region on a permanent contract and based at Ransome Road, Northampton. The Senior Site Manager will lead the construction of a development, including all associated pre and post housebuilding works, ensuring that targets are met regarding Health and Safety, delivery to build programme, quality, customer care, and cost.  Responsibilities and Duties  Lead and support a Site Team, both during the pre-construction and construction phases Ensure service delivery meets financial targets and operates within the agreed budget Ensuring compliance on site to the company Health and Safety standards and processes, NHBC standards, building regulations and overall quality standards Undertaking company directed quality control procedures to rectify any defects so as not to incur additional cost, time delays, or reduction in the final quality Monitoring and controlling the cost of production, and approving payment to contractors and trades where appropriate Initiating and attending plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector or NHBC, taking corrective action to ensure a minimum of RI’s/BRI’s Liaising proactively with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved Co-ordinating labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme, and to proactively schedule in trades to optimum delivery With the support of the Contracts Manager, ensure the on-site construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities, and are provided with full support in achieving these Carrying out toolbox talks or similar on-site briefings To deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times Carrying out New Home Demo with the Sales Advisor and customer(s) to give a good demonstration of the home, answering any questions, and rectifying any issues before Legal Completion Working with sales through regular meetings to ensure a smooth and controlled delivery of homes for customers Showing a good behavioural example in all aspects of health and safety, organisation, conduct, quality of work, and professionalism

We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a friendly team working from our  Anglia region and based at our site in Chelmsford on a permanent contract. Experience of Site Management of volume residential housebuilding is essential. Experience of timber frame is preferred. Duties include: Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, and directing labour and materials to meet the production programme Work in conjunction with the Sales Team to ensure that regular Build/Sales meetings are attended, all Build/Sales procedures are adhered to, and inspections of all show homes are carried out Accept responsibility for such duties and responsibilities as the Site Manager may determine; and as and when required, deputise for the Site Manager Support the Site Manager in ensuring that the on-site Construction team is fully resourced and well-directed, with clear guidelines to their own job responsibilities Provide full support to site workers in achieving their job responsibilities through communication, training and development, and the organisation of the site’s workload and resources Be responsible or delivering excellent customer service in line with company guidelines Implement and comply with Safety, Health, and Environment policy and procedures, all legal requirements, and established best practice Develop an organisational culture within projects that embodies the company values Establish and maintain the best relationship with the client, through and beyond construction to satisfactory completion, and deliver improved value to the client and company

We have a new vacancy for a Senior Executive Assistant. This post will primarily support our CEO as a strategic Executive Assistant. It will also support other directors with diary management and coordination. We also have 3 Group Business Administrators supporting our Group Directors, the post will also have involvement with this team.
