Build your future with us

At untypical, we recognise that the key to success for any company is its people. In today’s rapidly evolving new build environment, this truth has never been more relevant. The sector is currently facing a significant skills gap, with an aging workforce, a shortage of new entrants, and a growing demand for advanced digital and sustainable construction capabilities. One of our key objectives is to become an employer of choice, one that not only attracts top talent but also actively invests in the development and retention of its people. We are committed to building a diverse and forward-thinking workforce, equipped with the technical expertise, creativity, and adaptability required to meet the complex demands of modern construction.

We offer a wide range of career and training opportunities from work placements to apprenticeships, continuing professional development opportunities and upskilling programmes.  Whatever level you decide to join us at, we offer a highly competitive salary structure and generous benefits package.
