Linmere sales launch from Leagrave estate agency

Tilia Homes has launched sales for its forthcoming Linmere development from Taylors Estate Agents in Leagrave, following a recent launch event for prospective buyers. 

The event gave attendees an opportunity to view plans for the development, find out about the homes being released and speak with the Tilia Homes sales team ahead of the development’s planned opening in Spring 2027. 

The housebuilder will continue to sell homes from Taylors Estate Agents, 212 Marsh Road, Leagrave, Luton, while construction continues at Linmere in Houghton Regis. The local sales base will remain in place until the development’s on-site home user hub opens. 

Linmere will comprise two, three and four-bedroom homes. Each home will include solar panels, an air source heat pump and an electric vehicle charging point as standard. 

The development is part of the wider Linmere neighbourhood, which includes green space, schools, play areas, walking and cycling routes, and local facilities. Leagrave station is approximately three miles away, with rail services to London St Pancras, while the M1 and A5 are both nearby.
