Renewed sponsorship for Wickham Market youth football team

Hopkins Homes, part of the untypical Group, has renewed its sponsorship of Wickham Market Knights U-10s for the upcoming football season, reinforcing its commitment to supporting grassroots sport and the local community. 

The sponsorship, which began last year, helps provide equipment and resources for the team, enabling young players to develop their skills, stay active and enjoy football in a positive team environment. The renewed partnership comes as Hopkins Homes nears completion of its Wickham Gate development in the village, where just six homes remain available.  

Ben Deacon, coach of the Wickham Knights, Cobalts U-10s, said: "We are very grateful for the continued support from Hopkins Homes. Having local businesses involved makes a real difference to the team, as it allows us to provide the kids with the best possible environment to train and enjoy their football. It is great to have them on board again for the new season."

Located on the edge of the village, Wickham Gate offers a collection of two, three, and four-bedroom homes designed to complement the character of the surrounding Suffolk countryside. 

The village is a sought-after location, offering a range of local amenities, community activities and convenient access to the Suffolk coast, including Aldeburgh and Southwold. 

With the development now nearing completion, only three 4-bedroom homes remain available.
