untypical celebrates four NHBC Pride in the Job Award wins

untypical is celebrating the success of four of its site management teams after receiving four prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, recognising outstanding leadership and quality across developments in Norfolk, Bedfordshire and beyond.

Widely regarded as the highest accolade for site managers in the UK housebuilding industry, the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards recognise individuals who demonstrate exceptional standards in leadership, organisation, health and safety, technical expertise and attention to detail throughout the construction process. Winners are selected following rigorous inspections and assessments of thousands of developments nationwide.

This year's award winners from across the untypical Group are:

  • Luke Catchpole – Church Farm, Drayton (Hopkins Homes)
  • Barry Illman – Kingsfleet, Thetford (Hopkins Homes)
  • Martin Boyce – Loddon Rise, Loddon (Hopkins Homes)
  • Andrew Webb – Wixams, Bedfordshire (Tilia Homes and Hopkins Homes)

The awards recognise the dedication and expertise of site managers and their teams in delivering high-quality homes and creating thriving communities for customers across the country.

The four winning site managers will now progress to the next stage of the NHBC awards programme, where they will be considered for Seal of Excellence and Regional Awards later this year.

The success marks another significant milestone for untypical and reinforces the Group's commitment to delivering high-quality homes, exceptional customer experiences and sustainable communities across the UK.
